To apply for an exam in Port Authority, it is necessary to deliver the following documents to the Training Center Secretariat:
- Copy of ID (both sides)
- 1 personal photography
- Reneview stamps in equivalent of 35,00 HRK
- Exam payment
- Course payment
- Medical exam (not older than 6 months)
- Copy of certificate of navigation (36 months)
- Certificate D2, D6A, D11, D12, D17, D19, D44
